ArcShift, LLC (“ArcShift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://www.arcshiftllc.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information associated with visits to the Site, contact-form submissions, and related inquiry correspondence.

ArcClarity and information processed in connection with customer qualification programs are covered by the separate privacy notices and agreements applicable to those services. This Policy does not replace those documents.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or correspond with us about an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your first and last name, business email address, company, inquiry topic, program goals, message content, and any additional contact details included in your correspondence.

Information collected automatically. We and our website providers may collect technical and activity information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, referring pages, campaign parameters, timestamps, and security or diagnostic records. What is collected depends on the tools used, your choices, and the relevant provider settings.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, sensitive personal information, confidential customer records, or information you are not authorized to disclose through the public contact form.

We do not treat a visit to the Site or acceptance of our website Terms and Conditions as consent to every form of tracking. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for particular processing, that processing is subject to those requirements.
